Nt SUIT
The Nt Suit is a special FEMS suit with dry electrodes. These impulse areas necessary for electromyostimulation are placed directly on the skin in their ideal position by the suit. The Nt Suit also has the connection device for the Nt Core. ​
Nt CORE
The heart of the TecNative Nt System is the Nt Core – a novel pulse generator for the entire TecNative Nt System. It is used to generate, measure and optimise nerve and muscle fibre moods on the basis of body-like impulses. ​
Nt  APP
The Nt App is a multifunctional software for your iOS device and the central application for managing the Nt Core, selecting and controlling training programs and maintaining the software. ​
Nt CLOUD
The Nt Cloud offers comprehensive services for the administration, use and optimization of the TecNative Nt system. For this purpose, the Nt Cloud is also used for training analyses and the results in the Nt App. ​

The fitness market, as part of a globally growing lifestyle community, has existed in the western world since the 1980s. In Europe and North America in particular, “fitness” has become an essential and indispensable part of a positive development of people’s lives. For some years now, this component has been growing in a new dimension under the influence of globalisation and is now creating almost boundless markets. Further impetus comes from digital technologies that make fitness simpler, more effective and safer. Training with electromyostimulation, or EMS training for short, is one of the growth segments in this field and, due to the ever-increasing networking of people, there is also a globally comparative fitness community.

TECNATIVES Nt followed a holistic approach. The right training starts in the mind: in the head of the developer, in the head of the trainer and in the head of the trainee.

However, all EMS systems established on the market are facing a fundamental problem with far-reaching consequences: On the one hand, as with any other sport, it is important to prevent negative effects through too intensive training or incorrect training procedures. On the other hand, training should be as self-sufficient and possible in groups. This requires not only the possibility to electrically stimulate a muscle, but also to control whether it is activated neuronally in the correct dosage and with the expected result.

TECNATIVES Nt goes this way and optimizes the FEMS impulses for the respective exercise or sport. The impulses act as an additive to the movements of the user.

Applied correctly, FEMS technology makes training more efficient and sustainable.

ABOUT FEMS

Functional electromyo stimulation (F-EMS) is a process through which low-level impulses are used to stimulate muscles, forcing them to contract – conditioning and strengthening them.

FEMS mimics the action of the central nervous system, activating muscles using external impulses. The impulses reach deep muscle layers which are hard to activate through conventional training. Your muscles will not tell the difference, but work out much more effectively.

Studies have shown that even trained and elite athletes, despite their already high level of fitness, are able to significantly enhance their level of strength. TECNATIVES offers a promising alternative to traditional strength training for enhancing the strength parameters and motor abilities.

The cliché “time heals all things” is usually the rule of thumb when it comes to rest and recovery post-exercise. However, when it comes to a speedy recovery, it has been proven that FEMS methods are potentially effective in accelerating recovery, and increasing work capacity at a faster rate than previously established methods.

What’s more, using electronic stimulation in training improves the order of muscle recruitment velocity. Normally, your body would use red fibre (slow twitch) first to do a specified movement, followed by white fibre (fast twitch) when needed. However, with FEMS, the order is reversed with the white fibres activating first. This type of “muscle training” is extremely beneficial for all speed, power and strength athletes.

Functional electromyo stimulation can provide greater contraction as compared to a normal voluntary contraction, up to 30% higher. Thus, more muscles are being strengthened and conditioned, which equates to a more effective training workout.
